i trade an item for another one, and the one i got have the
"Vending Penalty" on...
how i do remove the "Vending Penalty" on this item?

Aye returning it to the vendor till the daily fee is paid will clear it, then you can remove it.

lol... why would you want to remove it ? One of my shadier chars wears an item with this tag and I think it is very in character for her to do so
