Vanguards still spawning ??? If so which towns ?

I still see them in Nujelm on the Catsklls shard but they are unreachable as far as I know.
They seem to be on the roof of the building. The Berserkers are still spawning there also.

Spawning in the Towns of, Cove, Serpents Hold, Nujel'm & Papua. Same spawn times as before @ 12 midnight, 3am, 6am & 9am UO time.
