Vanguard spawn timer changed since pub 53?

Been farming vanguards on a regular basis since the invasion started. Logged on today, saw some vanguards leftover from previous spawns, guessing prior to patch. Kill the spawns and waited for the new spawns but so far have not seen any new spawns and it is well pass its normal spawn timer..

Just wondering if anyone else can confirm this...
