Just wondering what starting price I should use when I put this on my vendor.

1mil maybe. It's brittle which is bad for a splinter weapon. It's only 10% which most people only look for 20 and higher. The mods r all wasted mostly other than best weapon skill. Leech's are not really suited for pvp because the damage amount is alot lower than pvm. Lastly it's 2 handed and not balanced. Pvp involves alot of pot chugging so another strike against it. Not trying to bash ya. Just being honest. Maybe some good to hold one too to play with or pvm with. But value wise probably worth more in trash point than what someone would pay for it.
