Where the hell is this documented?

I don't see any mention on stratics, uoguide, or uo.com.

I would never have known had I not been playing around in KR.

Is there an up to date set of documentation somewhere?

What the hell else am I missing?

Because they always say it gives increased this and increased that, and they don't specify unfortunately on the sites. With KR you know exactly what you get thanks to the profile menu.
