Vamp Nerf

Any ideas what to do with characters who are curently running vamp form to keep them strong after the next publish?

Drop Anatomy, add Spirit Speak, and use Curse Weapon. Use the same weapons you used for a sampire.

120 Bushy/parry/weapon skill/tactics
99 necro
80 ss
61 chiv

How much DI are you running to offset the no tactics?

If you add in the +30 skill increase from jewels, the +5 from the totem and the +20 from the midnight bracers, you can still run with only 44 real necromancy. That's only a difference of 10 points to what was, and it shouldn't be difficult to accomidate the lack of good resists on the sleeves with other bits of armor.

Or you could actually have 99 necromancy on your sampire. That's a novel thought! The template still works great that way.

I suspect that most people will go the whammy route, which is a template-style that can solo DH, Paroxy and Doom for sure.

I run Primer and Stormgrips + the usual 40-50% di from the weapon + EoO and Bushido

I hit normal hits for 60-80 and criticall, 120-150, depends on the mob im fightning. best regards

You just need skill increase jewelry. Put the bracers in your suit and find skill inc jewelry with DCI on it.

The skill increase doesn't necessarily have to be in Necromancy either.. can be in any skill on your template and just rebuild it. I found a nice +33 skill bracelet with 11 dci and 20 enhance pots. That paired with a 15 necro/dci ring with 20 enhance pots means I'm good to go!

So aside from Whammy (i just made a new character recently that i was going to use as a whammy macer) what are some good templetes that i can use for a warrior. I'm probably going to go with Swords, Parry, Bushido, Chiv, Healing, Anatomy, and Tactics. Is that viable? Would I get enough healing out of the actual skill with high dex to stay alive against things like dragons or better?
