Theoretically, you can make an 7-property recipe item with only the property from the recipe being below 85% intensity, and that's making it with iron.
The problem is that you aren't guaranteed to have all 5 runic properties be valuable ones, and with that many properties (not to mention the weights), you can't change them.
That said, I'd probably make Twinkling Scimitars out of gold with it, if you're going for a PvM weapon. That way, you have a chance to get 125-140 luck, and the DCI will range from 6% (with it not being a runic property), or 18%+ (if you get DCI as one of the properties).

True, Risso - but the OP was asking about 1-handed swords weapons, presumably for their own use. Krysses are fencing.
The Leafblade of Ease's added ability is UBWS, right? That would make it a decent choice for fighting single creatures, while the Twinkling Scimitar would be good for fighting swarms, from its whirlwind (unless the user is going 1H + empty to be a potion chugger, he won't have Bushido from the parry penalty with 1H+Shield, so no access to the Bushido Whirlwind)

i got hold of the recipe made 15 ill post what i think are best and you could help me keep best , your right im pvm i use sheild but in my opinion i can make better sheild with imbueing
