On 7/27/2014, Vaeg was spotted near the New Magincia crystal with his Evil Blood Pool summon. Oddly enough, a Virtuous Blood Pool was also spotted. I am unsure how this Virtuous Blood Pool was summoned, but it was fighting the Evil Blood Pool when I arrived on the scene.
After the battle with the Evil Blood Pool, we found more clues to Vaegs plans in Moonglow Mage Shop. Three books were found: Note on Powerful Spells, Plans for the Mage Tower and How to summon and Control Powerful Monsters.
I will be on the look out in New Magincia and Moonglow for any new movements or findings.
