V-Day Gift Error Message

I don't know if this has been brought up yet but I just logged onto today for the first time in about a month, but the heart shaped item that all of my characters recieved for valentine's day has a strange message.

Even the gump menu has these messages.

Is this a common problem? Also, What are the gump selections suppose to be?

are you patched up to date? usually you get those messages when your not fully patched up.

Your client seems to be missing the latest patch.

I just patched and that has fixed the issue. Thanks for the speedy response.

I have tried patching but I get this error message and it says to check the UO.Com web site for help. Where do I go on the web site? or what do I need to do to patch?

you could try going into the patch folder and deleting anything thats in there and then try repatching!
