UWB Luck Suit

This might be a stupid question, but does it help while fighting UWB to have a luck suit on? I've been told that certain spawns only require damage while others wearing a luck suit will enhance the chances of getting better loot. Thanks.

Luck is only checked upon mob death. To answer your question, no having a luck suit on the whole fight will not net any better results than equipping before the boss dies.

Having bigger party will increase loot quantity with result way better than any luck suit can do. Increasing your chances to get gear with good combination of skills/stats.
