was wondering if a bow/crossbow constitute as a weapon and does use best weapon skill apply to archery

All bows constitute a ranged weapon.

UBWS does not apply to ranged weapon skills.

The best weapon bow exists.
But its bow is only old patch rare item.
If you have best weapon bow,but it is not applied.
