Just purchased second HS upgrade for my stepsons account in letting him use. I can buy the thing with no problem. I enter the code and get the terms of service page, i click accept and get the "problem loading page" thing..

Update: It was my browser i suppose. Firefox didnt let me complete, had to swap to IE which i hate but it worked. Just FYI if anyone else has issues.

try it with another web browser, I had that problem. Don't ask me why, I use google chrome. I had to go to IE to get mine to work. I have heard of opposite happen too. Give it a shot

Same thing happened to me when I bought the bank/house storage increase.
I switched over to Firefox browser and everything went smooth.

There's some sort of problem between Internet Explorer and the uo-registration site. It only works sometimes.

Just don't use IE when you are registering or entering a new code. Even Google Chrome has no problems.

Depending on your version of Firefox, it's a handy way to use IE sites within Firefox browser
