[Lock Picking] Updating the forums, need lockpicking house info

We are trying to update the forums and we need current information on lockpicking houses. The old list is quite outdated. You do not have to be the house owner to update the info for your shard. In some cases the house owners no longer play but leave the house open for others. Please post here with info on your shard in this format:
