Appolyon was the original person to make the offer of 50Mill, he thought somehow i could put two 18*18s in that location unfortunately there is no way. so ill restart this post with serious offers, Nyssas house just west of this was offered 33M a big ago. i believe this is a little smaller but a very comparible location. if interested post ur trade or bid here
