Right - OOC I wonder if the Europa EMs jumped the gun on the event with the revolution against Casca, and held it in advance compared to the EA schedule to play along with the Europa RP community

IC, I'm going to assume that Casca, though exiled from Britain and on the run, is still holding power over the throne of Britannia through his fake Royal Council and runs the government from his hiding place.
