most likely the version that is TC3 right now. Like selecting your primary avatar feature for Amnesty, woo!

Not 100% sure but its a safe assumtion since amnesty was suppose to be done in March, I'm sure they are working hard to get that out.

Keep your eye on the blog or messages from EA Forum. They'll update with the version notes soon

Lets just hope the game isn't down for 24 hours... lol.

I can't remember how long it's been since we have seen this many updates to this game. I love it. Even if the game is down for so long... it's still something new being added to the game.

Wouldn't it be awesome if we logged back in and all the amnesty skill locks and goodies were given out? They tested it internally and decided it was a go.
Okay I will quit dreaming.

Just guessing, but before they give out gifts and locks...they were going to try to activate the "Select primary Avatar" option so that people can choose which of their avatars is going to get all the gifts. Since many of these are non-tradable, they wanted to get that active first.

I believe this was part of the last TC3 update, so it's probably what they're doing now.

After the select primary is active, they'll give people (at least) a few days to take advantage of that before they start passing out the goodies.

That makes sense. Let's hope that is what is in this update. I really can't wait to get my skill locks and ann. gifts.

the message said the city selector will be down while EA-Land is down and they also said if you want continue to play, you have to log off during the 15,5 and 1 minute warning to log into TC3.
If you missed it then that is the reason you cant play now
