UOSA Classic Client installer not adding registry entries (Vista 32bit)

Hello, I had to reinstall UO today (I realized I had the 2d client installed twice, one stygian abyss classic in electronic arts directory, one mondains legacy 2d in the ea games directory in program files.

I uninstalled both, rebooted, downloaded uosa classic client installer from uo.com but when I reinstall it does not add start menu folders and when I try to install and run uoassist it says the uopatch.exe entry is not present in the registry...

Help?
