I see the char has a fishing pole. Can we fish inside the dungeon?
You could in the original, yes.
An entire colony basically got trapped in the dungeon, so they pretty much "had it all" down there. They even got the mages to doctor the plants to grow without sunlight.
In fact most of what JC wrote is actually pretty close to the game's plot. For example, with the goblins, you can either set up a treaty of sorts, pit them against each other, or slaughter them all yourself.
The screencap comments are all far off, though. Both the "lizardman" and the "orc" are actually goblins, and there was no gardening system in the game (though there was one seed well worth planting).
Note the paperdoll to the side - See how the armor it's wearing actually changes depending on it's condition? I always liked that.
