First of all...I hate this site! I am a returning player, for about, oh, the 4th time. I never know why I leave. Anyways, I am going to upgrade to Mondain's Legacy, but neither the upgrade & new account or new account code options work in the site. It says my account needs to be 30+ days old. But their own website says that I can purchase the account code. The only thing it lets me purchase is a time code.

My free account is only a few days old. I hate to wait 30 days to play everything.

Look for the phone number for contacting EA by phone. You may be able to get around this by talking to the company directly. Someone has goofed in coding the page, apparently, as the restriction to 30+ day accounts was only supposed to apply to the item codes, not actually starting a new account / upgrading to ML.
