UOGameCodes house teleporter tile set?

I know they can be recharged with gate scrolls and can hold up to 200 scrolls at a time. What I'm wondering about is whether they are "infinitely rechargeable" so that the tele tiles will continue to operate indefinitely as long as you keep plunking gate scrolls on them.

Yes.

And, I just have to say that they are the best thing since sliced bread. Buy a house in Fel, and never step foot on soil! Unless you have soil in the house. :)
