uogamecodes does not want my money

-I still can't purchase a code from that website, would always get an error message after submitting my order. I have emailed EA twice about this and even asked to purchase via email, but have gotten no response. i first contacted them 3 weeks ago and most recently last week.

I tried calling but was left on hold for 20min before I hung up the phone, I don't feeling like wasting my time calling.

I've had same problems but only way resolve it is to call and wait and hope they speak well enuff english to undestand.

After several tries I got it to work night before last - ordered a shard transfer token. I noticed it would only work in I.E. - not firefox and only when I used a regular credit card not my debit card (though the debit is Visa with plenty in the account). Go figure

ahh yes a call center located in India. wonderful. most of the support reps speak english just fine, it just the accents that kill me and also the crappy phone connection due to them being half way around the world.

all i need is a 7th char slot upgrade, and also a ML upgrade for an old account that I'm about to open up again. I guess I'll just spend the money on beer. at least I can get a buzz from it.
