UOCart and full screen.

OK my freind plays in full screen old client and cant get uocart to stay ontop,no mater what he trys, even the hot key wont work.

I know in window mode it works np at all..
Has anyone had or is having same said problem..
Hes blind as a bat so needs the full screen mode...LOL..

He is using vista .....
