UOAssist - target relative location not working anymore?

So after many months I fired up the Classic Client again for some relaxed fishing while cruising from one port to another - one of the few things UOA does better than the EC because of the target relative location option in macros. Or so I thought. When I record a fishing macro and set the target to relative location it works fine - but only as long as my boat stands still. As soon as I start sailing, I get "you cannot see that location" (or something along these lines).

Was this changed? Or am I doing something wrong?

PS: This is while using a gargoyle ship.

There seems to be something wonky with the boat movement.
UOAM and UOC don't track the player with UOA, although UOAM does update when you stop then start piloting the boat (I think you have to start it before you get on the boat).
Also, when you're on the deck of a boat, casting animal form while moving brings up the menu rather than changing you to the last form.

It also repositions when you recall to the boat and if you make a UO macro to fish "last object/wait for target".

just keep opening your paperdoll - much easier
