UOassist not functioning?

Every time I try to load UOAssist, it freezes at connecting to updateaceserver.

When I finally get it loaded, it says UOA is disabled...

Anyone else?

I can't even go to the tugsoft website.. wtf. It's like im blocked completely from connecting to their server or verifying my UOA. I can't use it at all.

No issues here. Assist is working for me. I was able to reach www.tugsoft.com and download UOAssist.exe with no problems.

Failure to connect 10 times disables it, so that bit is automatic. I'm not sure where you go from there. Uninstall and start over?
I assume your firewall isn't blocking it or anything else like that?

lol @ lynk. either a firewall or isp is blocking you. Try changing your DNS servers, if necessary force a new ip on your router.

sounds like firewall to me too since you can't even go to tugsoft. Any other messages?
Does UO work w/o assist?
