This happens from time to time, the result is panic, and then it comes back.
We do need to face the fact that, sooner or later, Mister Tugsoft will grow tired of updating the program.
However, any given disruption in service is very unlikely to be the coming of that dreaded day.
The longest in recent memory that stuff was down for was 8 days or so. More frequently it's down for like a couple of hours. Maybe 2 days.

EA needs to consider making their own enhanced macro engine for the classic client, or simply buy tugsoft. Honestly, if he were to pull the plug on uoassist, i feel like i'd have to pull the plug on UO. I just can't picture playing it without uoassist, and the enhanced client just isn't for me. the ui is great, but i can't do the graphics and some parts of the amcro engine don't seem to work as well and as fluent as they do in cc.
