UO tech forum missing?

Clicked on the link under forums for UO Tech. I need help trying to connect to UO with a older computer running XP. It just shows the hour glass then says I can't connect try again later.

When I click on the tech forum it is just blank. Any suggestions?

Deleted the first install and downloaded a 2nd time. I am now able to patch. Thanks for the link.
