or use http://uo.com/contact find on the Category menu GM reviews, and let them know how you feel about how long it takes for a GM to show up.
Also might help when you page to put in UO and shard you play on. Some of the GMs might be trying to figure out what game your playing, and that might be why it takes them forever to show up.
