UO Store?

Why can't I order from the UO store? I've been trying for months and it's always rejected. Doesn't say why.. just a typically vague message:

A problem was encountered while processing your order:
There was a problem encountered while processing your order.

My card is fine so that isn't the problem. It is never rejected for anything else. Hell, it's the same one I've used to pay for my UO account for over a year... so...

Is it because I'm in the UK? It shouldn't be.

Anyone else have problems?

Yes, I also have been unable to process my order and had to give up (getting that same error message).

I really do not understand it. I want to purchase something but the system does not allow me while I can order pretty much a whole lot of other stuff with my credit card, even for larger amounts, without so many problems.

I even tried to look for an e-mail address to contact but with no help.

Hell, I even sent a PM to Spada_EA on April 29th, almost 2 months now, and never received a reply.

I do not get it why it is so hard for me to spend money on this game. Go figure........

I don't mean to be negative but it blows my mind that EA or whoever is responsible for the handling of UO has people literally lining up to hand them money and those customers are unable to do so and can't get the time of day.

No wonder there is talk here and there about UO being in trouble.

If I owned UO/EA or any business you can bet your a$$ I would be firing some people. Whoever runs the uogamecodes website for starters..and whoever runs the EA website because Ultima Online wasn't on their list of games for the longest time. It's beyond stupid...

The term idiot doesn't do justice to word for the people who are in charge of running UO on the business side.

I hate to say it fellas, but you're likely going to have to call. When the 11th year set was released and there were many threads along this theme, folks did post ways they had cleared the error and provided tidbits regarding what had worked for them. None of it has ever worked for me, each time I order, I call and suffer through the wait. Sorry in advance, since the folks at EA never actually apologize for the situation
