uo registration / abonnement etc etc

Hello everone,

I am interessted in playing UO. The latest release as far as I know is "Kingdom Reborn".
. I was trying already once to set up an account and to start a new subscription, but then I canceled it because there were too many things I didn't understand.

First of all, quite often it is this procedure when purchasing an MMORPG (as I usually know): There maybe a client to download and an 14-day-trial-key. You can setup everything and use your trial-key. Then after the 14 days you have to buy a real CD of the game, and inside there is a new (real) Game-Key. Once (when purchasing D&D Online), the real Game-Key was sent to me by e-Mail

In any case: usually you can download the client, but you have to purchase also the game itself (a real CD or by online-purchase) and for this purchase you get a full game-key. The second step is to make your abonnement (but these are extra costs).

So, first question: I have no real UOKR CD. I know for the free 14day trial I can just download the client from fileplanet and use the free key, but afterwards, do I have to purchase a real CD (with a activation-key on the CD) or purchase the game online?

or is the game itself for free, and I only have to set up a new abonnement?


Second: as I said I want to play UO-KR, but on this site it is written: https://account.ea.com .......

So, please, can you help me? Do I have to buy UOKR separately from e.g. ebay or so? Should I chose UO Smaurai Empire although I want to play Kindom Reborn? etc. etc.

Please help y noob like me :bowdown:

UO:KR is only the client name.

The last expansion you need is UO:Mondain Legacy. Then you have access to everything. You can play in both UO:2D client and UO:KR


UO:KR client can be downloaded for free.

1. donwload UOKR client

2. register at https://account.ea.com --> Subscription Info --> there make an abonnement for 1/4/6 months.

So, it doesn't matter even when there was written

Yup thats what you need to do. ML code gives access too everything.

OK, i made it like this now. enetered the free code for 14 days and afterwards I can continue with purchasing ML code and upgrade the account.
