Just wanted to let the higher ups know regarding UO, especially in the EA customer service and also the gaming questionnaires that are sent out every so often from EA that have absolutely no mention of Ultima Online. Rather sad. I play a lot of other EA games like BF3, MoH, NHL series also created by EA and occasionally they have giveaways associated with gaming surveys. They have a list of "All the EA games" but fail to mention UO at all. I always have to fill out the "Other" section. Feels like we get neglected quite a bit, and no real exposure anymore. EA customer service also has no idea regarding UO...anyone know who to contact in the event people have problems with their accounts?
