On September 6th, an announcement was posted on the UO Japan site regarding this morning's maintenance to the Account Management site. As seems to be becoming customary with such announcements on the UO Japan site, on the same page of the announcement was a set of links to various guides that someone has assembled showing how to perform certain activities on the Account Management site, as well as an updated list of known issues with using the Account Management site.

The announcement is located here:

Some of the known issues listed include still having problems with being IP banned; problems using certain types of credit cards; an EA Account password is not recognized when using certain types of browsers; and e-mail addresses where the first part of the e-mail address (i.e., the part that ends before the "@" symbol) ends with a non-alphanumeric character are not being recognized. More issues are listed but the translation of the page I got through Google is not good enough to make sure I really understand what was written.

It would be very helpful if Kai Schober and/or Rowland Cox could ask the person on the UO Japan team that assembled this page and the guide to the Account Management site to provide translations in English and then post them on the UO Herald.

Don't be silly.

EA USA don't make mistakes. That's what they told me. All planned and intended, not our mistakes. :coco:
