You will need to get to Ver Lor Reg, the Gargoyle City to get inside Exodus Dungeon. Find someone with a Crystal Portal and say "Ilshenar Mint" to arrive.
(On Europa, there's one at the New Player House immediately south of Trinsic Moongate)
At the city, go up stairs in the back rooms in the NW corner. Click the rope there to enter.
You need to kill Exodus Minions to get a random shot at the gubbins.
The mystic gubbins can be traded, as can the tinkered key. You don't need to go inside on a crafter. A combat capable character is probably wise, or luring all the spawn off and staying somewhere quiet. We saw no new spawn, but being Ilshenar, some of it can be Paragons of course, so be careful.
Between the two of us, the safe nodes near the entrance were enough to keep us both solving without overlapping.
If you have a tamer and a Cu Sidhe, like I did, you can get it to heal you between the paralysing lightning bolts for getting the puzzle wrong. At full 70s resist you can fail maybe 3 in quick succession before it proves fatal, but it will also quite quickly wreck your armour durability.
There were, so far, about 12 different coloured Punchcards we found between us... some of the colour shades are quite subtle. We only had 1 colour each the other didn't, but I didn't get more than 2 duplicates on any, which indicates that I doubt we've exhausted the entire set of colours by any means.
I got about 30 and Nimauq around 25 ish cards in total in that time. None of us were rewarded with anything. So it remains open as to whether it's a random ticket of any colour, a "Golden Ticket" type deal, or a set (higher than 30) figure to trigger the reward.
The puzzles aren't hard at all, and it's probably just as quick to do it the old Pen and Paper fashion rather than having a lockpick; You can simple write down each direction as you go. And there's a tendency for it to be either streaky in a single direction, or to alternate in a snakey pattern, and usually Up doesn't tend to turn up often at all. My longest was on a 6x6 grid and went
Down, Down, Right, Right, Right, Right, Down, Left, Left, Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Right, Up, Right, Down, Right, Up, Right, Down, and done.
And of course didn't award anything either. Pray people... pray it's not just another hidden grind. But at least this art is better than the Juka statues. If questionable lore wise as pointed out? We shall just have to see.
