Great artwork, this is probably for the Mesanna roulette and the reward lanterns (Manticore's post here).

Another thing, the message is first posted with a typo: "entry from Sukara shard", but now at uoherald.com, the typo is fixed. While fixing a simple typo might not seem like a big deal, this is not something we see too often either. Thanks.
