[UO Herald] Reminder: Housing Decay Reactivated in 2012

What they need to clarify specifically IS if an account has been inactive for more than 90 days, IS the house going to enter the usual condemned and decay cycle OR is it going to simply drop?

Jeff has confirmed that it will enter the decay cycle. If the account is over 90 days inactive then the houses will enter decay and NOT drop.

oh dear ....after a long xmas holiday iam going to have to put in aNOTHER HOLIDAY ALREADY for this big mommer.....jeepers at least 1/3 - 1/2 the houses should fall all in the same day....

I have word from Jeff about the bugged housing...

Bugged housing will not decay but will have to be deleted manually as they have been doing. I have asked Jeff who to contact about these houses and will post as soon as I hear.

u are totally and utterly joking....more than half of exsisting housing on all sahrds is unpaid for/bugged/or come back to britanaia stands forever housing..lol..this will be far bigger than bigfall day 1 ever was if it happens

ok dream boy,but back then you didnt even have small houses spots open.....but now you can still place large houses on most shards except atl ......and idocs only been shut off since like august not years like before so you do the math however you was taught lol

I don't understand why you wouldn't renew your account now to insure your account wouldn't be cancelled. WHY would you take the chance. Take the time now to pay your account. You have been warned.

I would love to see these houses manually set to decay rather than just deleted. Surely the powers that be can find a way to make them decay under the normal rules even if they have to set them individually and it shouldn't take any additional ingame effort over coming in game to delete them.
