Wow, you'd think they'd get the name of their own new quiver/wings correct...it's Unforgiven Quiver/Vail, not Despicable. Accurate information is important.
The names of the Artifacts have actually been altered. When the items are released world wide, they will be "Unforgiven Veil" and "Despicable Quiver". Unlike the talons & sandals that are essentially identical in item properties, the Veil and Quiver were different enough that having the same-ish name seemed like it could be potentially misleading. The patch notes should be updated accordingly. Thanks for the post!
