• Covetous level 3 will spawn correctly now.
• Fixed point decay for city loyalty and virtue.

More info needed.. Fixed loyalty could mean no more decay, or login once a week or loyalty decays even faster now (especially given they will give new ways to raise it).

Bet a million dollars this just means the "log every char in every day, something something moons" system everyone hates is working "correctly" now.

This was a bug for point decay that people have been posting about. I too would bet a million dollars this is what they fixed, hehe.

So log in once a day to retain virtue and loyalty and..
I can attest that Siege lvl 3 works now..
