Err...it would be both? the next maintenance is "tomorrow" since its 5am server time and it is now mid afternoon for most (tho i suppose in Europe it would be "today" as 5am is soonish?)

Slightly confused. Are they turning the TOT back on where u can turn in minors for stuff like rbc etc? Or they just release new dyes and a mempo that you get from killing stuff in Tokuno?
Also is from any monsters in tokuno like ones in the dojo as well as in the open like during the first TOT or is it just ones in the open not in dugeon type areas?

well I hope that its like pop in the pack when fighting the Spawn at the Tokuno CS. I'm just confuse when it starts and if the CS spawn will count.

The other post says talk to the emissary in the Tokuno City when you find one. I'm assuming the turn in is turned back on and the 'major' dyes can no longer be selected.
I'm also going to assume that they will drop from all mobs on the Tokuno server. Meaning over land, buildings, dungeons and caves.
I'm not sure if these new dyes are the same as the major ones and they drop right off the mobs or if they are varients of them. My guess is that they are variants of the old major dyes.

looks like it will be all the open for sure and you will be able to turn in just like before only dies will not be available as reward they will be looted on the monsters (I think) well I am on west coast playing east coast server so cant wait for 2 AM

Yes, I am seeing the same thing in explorer, but my friend that runs Firefox isn't getting the scripting on his page. Also if you run the Microsoft office popup, it doesn't do anything, so I’m guessing its not running in compatibility. I am running XP with Explorer8 .
I am hoping that the new items will certainly fall in your bag and not on the monster itself.

Wow, good timing for me. I just sold a bunch of minors over the past couple weeks trying to free up some storage. And yay! New dyes!
So I'm assuming this is ToT III, it will run for a few months, the items will pop in your backpack, and the fame from the monsters as you kill them will accumulate and increase your chances of getting a ToT drop as before. And did I mention, yay! new dyes!

I read it as blackrock spawning on ToT monsters is a "known issue" and not being able to turn in the mempo is another "known issue" so I would say it just spawns on the monsters randomly

In fact I don't see where it actually says all of the Treasures will be back on. It implies it but I don't see it stated specifically.

That mempo btw.....Is not a "minor" artifact, not in any meaningful sense. That's a really good item!!! 60 total resist, a regen, and lots of luck.
You sure you don't want to make that a "major" as in something you can turn in 10 minors for?
Please don't forget about event content....And if you throw up some event content at the same time, please make it worth doing for people so that it won't get swamped by ToT 3.
Have some fiction too....The last time you did both ToTs they had fiction, even if it was just a line or two.

The Ultima Online servers are constantly in the process of "backing up" the game. It takes about 45 to 90 minutes for each cycle to complete, though the length of time this takes depends greatly on the amount of data that is stored in each world.
The daily maintenance period will start at the first completed backup cycle after the maintenance window begins. For example, if all things were perfect, the backup would end at 5:00am, and the server would go down for maintenance at this time as well. However, if the server is in the middle of a backup at 5:00am, it will continue that backup to the end, and then go down for maintenance. Due to this factor of uncontrolled variability in the backup cycles, the downtime will not happen at exactly 5:00am each day.

Normally the servers are always in a state of backing up, but when it is close to server down it starts the process in order to be down at 5. the Shard maint times have always been 5am server time, now if gl is actually on est time or not I do not know, I was under the impression that the servers were not just split east to west, if that was true then some of them would be on central and mtn time thus it is possible that normal server maint would be 5am gl server time but that would equate to 6am est. Either case the shards have always had a 5am server time maintenance so what you are experiencing is beyond my expertise.
