Greetings,

We are currently working to resolve an issue with the new veteran rewards released in today's publish. Players on some shards may be unable to claim their gifts at this time and we appreciate your patience while the issue is being addressed, thank you.

I'm glad I saw this post. I tried to claim my 13th year reward, went through the menu and nothing showed up in my pack. I was afraid to even log out. After seeing this message I logged out and back in and showed that the choice had not been used on this account. Hope it gets fixed soon.
