We are presently aware of an issue with the Europa shard causing it to be unavailable to players. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and appreciate your patience while the matter is resolved. We will provide additional updates on the Herald as they become available, presently there is no ETA.

This is just stupid - it's been up and running for over a day, it's pretty crazy that a company gives the impression it's products are faulty AFTER they have fixed the problem...

Is there any coordination at all going on within EA/Mythic?
