UO. Herald not working?

Hi all. Got a patch error on both comps. Unable to reinstall, because I can't find the download on UO Herald because the page won't load. Is it down or does anyone else have a link that I can download it from?

the links on it are Enhanced Client and Classic Client

Well I couldn't get the UO Herald to load up at all for me. But I can get the download from the classic client. Boy that loads fast! But still doesn't work. Click the icon and nothing happens...drat! Any suggestions? XP by the way.
