So what changed? Haven't seen anything different.
Time moved on, the slogan "We create worlds" has mutated into "Good intentions, poor implementation".
They were updating the login server, what kind of a change would you expect to see?
Well, since from what I noticed it didn't happen at quite the time mentioned, and the login servers seemed to only be off for a very short time, and there was never any sort of followup post - I'm not certain if the update happened, or it went so well it only took a few minutes instead of the hour, or it failed and they are redoing it again later.....
ah.. I have no idea how long the server was down. I made sure to log in a char I was going to be playing for a considerable time and made no attempt to change chars during the expected down time.
