Greetings,

After yesterdays maintenance some players encountered difficulties logging into the game; thanks to the players who brought this to our attention. We are currently preparing a fix to resolve it shortly. As soon as it goes live we will let you know.

In the meanwhile the housing system is still deactivated, so you don’t need to worry that your house may decay.

Update 12:30 am EDT: We have investigated and fixed the mentioned account issue that impacted a small number of our players. If you had problems to login please try again now.

Please note that because our gamecode system is still offline those running off game time will have their time extended until we resolve the issue. We anticipate a solution to be in place within the next days. Rest assured that both your characters and accounts are safe and no harm will come to them.

Please keep an eye on the Herald for further updates.

Color me disappointed. Coming DAYS? Well, I guess lets just hope they don't fall too far short of their mark. Days can easily turn into weeks in EA-Speak.

WHEN someone goes to log into "the game" ... the patch screen? the "my account" button?
I hit it ... FINALLY took me as far as the "cancel" screen
(and YES, I am quit sure I want to cancel)

IF some subscriber >clicks PAST< the patch screen?
Those little maroonish colored shields With Account written on them?
On the login screen (enter password)
On the shard selection screen (shard selected)
On the character selection screen (before selecting a character)AH! (right click, select "View Image")

not linking ... or bouncing FROM /ultima-registration.com/ TO accountEA ... well. IT IS crosslinking BUT
The connection has timed out
The server at account.ea.com is taking too long to respond.

I have now CANCELED my auto renew sub

You MAY NOT backfill and "reset/recover" any information that I just >canceled<
IF you do ... reset/recover THAT info ...

They will not contact ME
YOU (EA etal) do >not< have permission to contact ME (email ALSO went with the CC info)

Office of the Attorney General, California
and last, but not inclusive: FBI — Internet Fraud.

You lost your keep because your account had been inactive for over two months when the account migration occurred.

As you admitted yourself, you are playing the 90 day housing game, and most of the time you win and you only have to pay to have a keep for a fraction of the year, but this time you lost.

Had you been paying every month like many of us do, you would still have a keep.

yes your sorta right..... i have three accounts,one i keep on all the time and two i just keep on in winter, and just pay on them every 3 months in the summer,but ya bad timing lost my keep because i couldnt pay for my account that was off,i work alot in summer.I have the money to pay for it ,just that couldnt get to a pay page i didnt forget. was just venting i guess,cant be mad i mean your dealing with real life people,no one gives a f*$! unless it has to do with them.

Doesn't matter what I get it's just the fun of IDOC's.. and I do look for them but hey you can't find every single one..
Besides I'm hoping that when your not as mad about the uproar you'll decide to stick with the game.
