[UO Herald] Login Issue

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some players difficulty with logging into the shards. We do not have an ETA as of yet, but we are aware of it and we're working to get it resolved as quickly as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This afternoon we performed maintenance to our patching system that may have affected your ability to login to the UO service for a short period of time. This maintence was brief and service should be restored now.

This all very nice but why does the log in page stil say its 10/30 ???? it needs to be updated daily if not hourly what % of the player base does not come here and has no clue other than what is displayed on the login page ????

Got the game, was trying to think of a good name, and knew I wanted to be a mage first and foremost...
Gimped this name from the rock group, not the Dickens char. In fact, the inspiration came (with Uriah Heep being one of my all time favs, check out their early works) while I was sitting there studyin on it, with "The Magician's Birthday" album (yep, vinyl) playin in the background :lick:
And so the family of musicians was born ;)

Sooo, that must be Your pumpkins I been pickin' up :hahaha:
