That's good news!
From the technical prowess displayed in the forums, lots of folks understand that technical issues sometimes takes longer than expected to isolate and resolve. They also know that it's the network teams' job.
Folks just need some reassurrance that the issue is still being tended to. And because the network team do not communicate directly with us, folks are expecting to hear from you or the devs.
Even a simple "We want to reassure you that our network team are still working hard on this, they have the tracert reports you submited and can see where the general issue lies, but the exact cause is taking longer than expected to fix. We will update everyone on the progress or if there's none, at least once a day. We thank you for your patience" would suffice.
I apologize if I sound like a smartass and I really don't mean to tell you how to do your job. Just wanted to let you know what most folks would be happy with and please don't let us scare you away
