[UO Herald] Hardware Upgrades 01/10/2011 - Multiple Shards

Greetings!

On Tuesday, 01/10/11, beginning at 9:00AM EST the following shards will experience rolling downtimes as we deploy new hardware (in this order):

• Atlantic
• Lake Superior
• Chesapeake
• Great Lakes
• Legends
• Catskills
• Siege Perilous

Downtimes will vary depending on the population of the shard and therefore we cannot provide an ETA; however, higher populations should expect potential downtimes up to 8 hours. Shards will become available once their upgrades are complete and we will work to have all upgrades completed by 6:00PM EST.

We appreciate your patience during this and all other downtimes, thank you.

Damn. Hardware upgrade on my day off.

Just glad I am not one of those bitter individuals that would post here about how there is an obvious deficiency in the hardware upgrades designed specifically against me, ranting about how I will now close all of my accounts, they are ruining uo and this is why soon there willl be nobody left playing this game.

I sure hope this upgrade is very very fast.

Come on you techies....swap that hardware.

Anyone have a ring or bracelet with +3 FHU (Faster Hardware Upgrade) they can borrow?

THERE IS AN OBVIOUS DEFICIENCY IN THE HARDWARE UPGRADES DESIGNED TO SLOW DOWN MY PING EVEN FURTHER. BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL NOW CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS BECAUSE THEY ARE RUINING UO AND THIS IS WHY NOBODY WILL BE LEFT PLAYING THE GAME!!!!!1!!exclamationpoint!!!!
