Will you guys ever remove the faction alliance with none faction guilds?
Yes, it’s not intended for faction alliances to work with non faction guilds. I expect it to be addressed as part of the Live development cycle.

If this could be done this would be a good fix.
If your a non faction guild allied to a faction guild. Your non faction guild will automaticly join the same faction that your allied faction guild is in. any member in that non faction guild as characters in another faction will be booted out of the guild.
