Greetings,

A small number of UO accounts were unintentionally closed this week. The accounts have been re-instated and we have reached out to those affected.

Still happening .... Roomie got notification and closure to account 12:04 am October 22

PS when mine was closed last week in this small number I was not touched by any form of the we have reached out to... but it did get turned back on with no effort on my part.
