UO Gamecodes Page ????

Has anyone had issues with the UO.com gamecodes page recently?

I've been trying to enter my card details for the last 30 minutes, and keep getting a "that is not a valid card number" error message.

I might have made a typo once, but certainly not the number of times I have just entered the details.

I will not be a happy camper if I can't get ingame soon.

Have to say havent had that problem but then again cant get past the verifying I have an active account once I put something in the shopping cart to buy..it keeps refreshing back to the verfiy account page. Its been doing this for years figure they have that fixed by now. Have you checked to make sure the address on the CC and your billing info match?

I've had problems with credit cards and UO.com pages in the past. Things that worked, as I recall, were switching to IE from Firefox, and cleaning out my cookies and cache. But it's horribly frustrating. Hoping you don't lose the Compassion house!

the site sucks.

i get a "your address must match the one on your card"

but it DOES> i've checked it multiple times.

it matches.


i also get the you must have a UO account to purchase - but i DO. i have 2 friggin accounts and i've tried with both.


and nobody will ever contact you when you sent an inquiry.


the site sucks and whoever runs it (and programs it) should be replaced asap.
