No changes are planned for the cost of rewards based on the drop rates and the ability to spend previous Treasures of Halloween points. The mini and boss mobs give the most points, and the plethora of creatures give ample opportunities to roll for an artifact in addition to the points they award themselves. Don't forget luck also plays an influential roll in drop chance.
