Based on the reports in this thread, the drop rate is not working as intended. I've been on vacation for the past few days, so will have to take a look as to what's going on...thanks for the reports everyone!This publish has way to many issues and failings to be pushed out today. Maybe next week if they fix things quickly.
Feel lucky! This is better than most of us have gotten. Its a total fail for a "limited time" event though.
